Malevation Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Malevation Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) operated by Malevation (“Malevation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Affiliate Program.

1. About the Affiliate Program

The Malevation Affiliate Program allows approved individuals, businesses, content creators, influencers, and other partners (“Affiliates,” “you,” or “your”) to promote Malevation and refer prospective students to the Malevation platform.

Malevation provides online educational and personal-development programs covering areas including discipline, leadership, communication, fitness and nutrition, financial education, mental performance, and personal growth.

Approved Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link or other tracking method that may be shared with their audience, followers, clients, contacts, or other interested individuals.

When an eligible customer makes a qualifying purchase through an Affiliate’s tracking link, the Affiliate may earn a commission in accordance with the commission terms applicable to their Affiliate account.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when applying for or maintaining your Affiliate account.
  • Have an active account or other approved relationship with the Affiliate Program, where required.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not be prohibited from participating in affiliate or referral programs under applicable law.

Malevation reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links

After approval, you may receive one or more unique Affiliate links.

You may share your Affiliate links through legitimate promotional channels, including:

  • Social media accounts and pages;
  • Websites and blogs;
  • Email newsletters;
  • Personal communications;
  • Online communities where promotional links are permitted;
  • Direct communications with prospective students; and
  • Other promotional channels approved by Malevation.

Affiliate links must be used in a truthful, transparent, and non-deceptive manner.

You may not alter, obscure, cloak, or manipulate an Affiliate link in a way that prevents Malevation or its tracking systems from accurately identifying referrals.

4. Affiliate Commissions

Affiliates may earn a commission on qualifying purchases attributed to their Affiliate link.

Commission Rate: [INSERT COMMISSION RATE]

Attribution/Cookie Period: [INSERT NUMBER OF DAYS]

A commission is considered earned only when:

  1. A customer accesses Malevation through your Affiliate link or otherwise qualifies under the applicable tracking rules;
  2. The customer completes an eligible purchase;
  3. The purchase is successfully processed and paid;
  4. The transaction is not subsequently cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise determined to be invalid; and
  5. The transaction is properly attributed to your Affiliate account.

Malevation reserves the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies for commission based on its tracking records and applicable Affiliate Program rules.

5. Recurring Purchases and Subscriptions

Where a customer referred by an Affiliate purchases a recurring Malevation subscription, commissions on subsequent recurring payments will be handled according to the commission structure applicable to the Affiliate account.

Recurring Commission Terms: [INSERT TERMS — e.g., commission paid on each successful recurring payment for as long as the customer remains subscribed / first payment only]

If a subscription payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully collected, no commission will be payable on that transaction.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Commissions are not payable on purchases that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or subject to a chargeback.

If a commission has already been credited or paid for a transaction that is subsequently refunded or charged back, Malevation may deduct the corresponding commission from future Affiliate commissions or otherwise recover the amount where permitted by law.

7. Affiliate Payments

Affiliate commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule established by Malevation.

Payment Schedule: [INSERT PAYMENT SCHEDULE]

Minimum Payment Threshold: [INSERT MINIMUM PAYOUT]

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes, fees, or other obligations associated with receiving Affiliate commissions.

Malevation may delay payment of commissions where necessary to investigate suspected fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise improper activity.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Malevation whenever promoting Malevation through a channel where such disclosure is required by applicable law or advertising standards.

Your audience should be able to understand that you may receive compensation if they purchase through your Affiliate link.

Examples of appropriate disclosures may include:

“I’m a Malevation affiliate, and I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link.”

or

“Affiliate link — I may receive a commission if you purchase through this link.”

Disclosures should be clear, conspicuous, and presented in a manner appropriate to the promotional channel.

9. Honest and Responsible Promotion

Affiliates must promote Malevation accurately and responsibly.

You may not:

  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Malevation;
  • Guarantee specific results from Malevation programs;
  • Misrepresent the cost, features, benefits, or availability of Malevation services;
  • Claim to be an employee, owner, representative, or official spokesperson of Malevation unless expressly authorized;
  • Make medical, financial, legal, or other professional claims about Malevation programs that are not supported or authorized by Malevation;
  • Misrepresent your relationship with Malevation;
  • Use deceptive advertising or marketing practices;
  • Engage in spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
  • Use misleading redirects or deceptive links;
  • Create fake reviews or testimonials;
  • Impersonate Malevation, its mentors, instructors, employees, or representatives; or
  • Engage in any activity that could reasonably damage Malevation’s reputation or brand.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content complies with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and disclosure requirements.

10. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Unless Malevation provides written permission, Affiliates may not:

  • Purchase advertising using Malevation’s trademarks or brand name in a manner that suggests the advertisement is operated by Malevation;
  • Register domain names, social media accounts, or other online identities that impersonate or closely imitate Malevation;
  • Use deceptive search-engine optimization techniques;
  • Bid on Malevation-branded keywords in paid search advertising;
  • Use spam, automated messaging, or unsolicited mass communications to distribute Affiliate links;
  • Use misleading pop-ups, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or other artificial tracking methods;
  • Generate artificial clicks, leads, registrations, or purchases;
  • Purchase products through your own Affiliate link for the purpose of generating a commission;
  • Encourage others to make purchases solely for the purpose of generating commissions; or
  • Use Affiliate links in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Malevation may prohibit additional promotional methods or channels at any time.

11. Social Media Promotion

Affiliates are permitted to promote Malevation through their own social media accounts, provided that their content complies with these Terms and the rules of the applicable social media platform.

Affiliates must not represent themselves as an official Malevation social media account unless expressly authorized.

Malevation may request that an Affiliate remove or modify social media content that violates these Terms or inaccurately represents Malevation.

12. Intellectual Property

Malevation owns or has the necessary rights to its trademarks, logos, branding, website content, course materials, graphics, videos, text, and other intellectual property.

Malevation grants approved Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved Malevation promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Malevation through the Affiliate Program.

This permission does not transfer ownership of any Malevation intellectual property to the Affiliate.

Affiliates may not modify Malevation logos, trademarks, or other branded materials in a manner that could create confusion about their origin or endorsement.

13. Customer Relationships

Customers referred through the Affiliate Program become Malevation customers and are subject to Malevation’s applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, refund policies, and other customer policies.

Affiliates may not make promises or commitments to customers on behalf of Malevation unless specifically authorized to do so.

Affiliates do not have authority to:

  • Enter into contracts on behalf of Malevation;
  • Provide customer support as an official Malevation representative;
  • Offer discounts or pricing not authorized by Malevation;
  • Modify Malevation subscriptions or purchases; or
  • Make guarantees regarding customer outcomes.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

Affiliates must handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Affiliates should not collect, request, store, or share personal information from prospective Malevation customers unless they have a lawful basis to do so and are permitted to collect that information.

Affiliate links should generally be used to direct prospective customers to Malevation’s website rather than requiring Affiliates to collect sensitive personal information on Malevation’s behalf.

15. Fraud and Abuse

Malevation may investigate transactions or Affiliate activity that it reasonably believes may involve fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

Examples include:

  • Artificial or fraudulent clicks;
  • Fake accounts;
  • Self-referrals;
  • Duplicate or fabricated transactions;
  • Manipulation of tracking systems;
  • Cookie stuffing;
  • Misleading advertising;
  • Unauthorized use of promotional codes or discounts; or
  • Attempts to circumvent Affiliate Program rules.

Malevation may withhold commissions associated with suspected fraudulent or invalid activity while an investigation is conducted.

16. Termination

Either you or Malevation may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.

Malevation may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account immediately if it determines that the Affiliate:

  • Violated these Terms;
  • Engaged in fraudulent or deceptive activity;
  • Violated applicable law;
  • Misused Malevation’s intellectual property;
  • Damaged or threatened to damage Malevation’s reputation;
  • Generated invalid or fraudulent transactions; or
  • Otherwise engaged in conduct that Malevation reasonably considers inappropriate for the Affiliate Program.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using your Affiliate links and Malevation promotional materials.

Eligible commissions earned before termination may be paid according to the normal payment schedule, subject to any applicable refunds, chargebacks, investigations, or other adjustments.

Malevation may forfeit unpaid commissions associated with transactions or conduct that violated these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Modification of the Program

Malevation may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

Malevation may also modify commission rates, payment terms, eligibility requirements, attribution rules, or other Affiliate Program conditions.

Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated to Affiliates through the contact information associated with their Affiliate account or through the Affiliate Program.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or other legal relationship between you and Malevation.

Affiliates are independent promotional partners and are responsible for their own activities, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.

You may not represent that you have authority to act on behalf of Malevation unless expressly authorized.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Malevation will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

Malevation does not guarantee that the Affiliate Program, tracking systems, Affiliate links, or related services will always operate without interruption or error.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Malevation and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, mentors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the Affiliate’s:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Violation of applicable law;
  • Promotional activities;
  • Misleading or unauthorized representations;
  • Misuse of Malevation intellectual property; or
  • Negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [INSERT PROVINCE/STATE AND COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts located in [INSERT JURISDICTION], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms or agreements specifically applicable to the Affiliate Program, constitute the entire agreement between the Affiliate and Malevation concerning participation in the Affiliate Program.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
